The 4oz bottle is big, will last me many months, maybe a year, we'll see. I mainly ordered this for the wrinkles on my face but then my granddoggy accidentally scratched my leg so I've been using it for the scar as well. But before purchasing this particular brand, I had been researching some other Vitamin E oils so don't be fooled, it has to say d-alpha tocopherol. Synthetic versions will say dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Thus, out of all the Vitamin E oils I had been looking at on Amazon, this one from Bella Terra said it's ingredient was organic Vitamin E made out of wheat germ. Although the label does not say non-GMO I hope it's not from a GMO crop. If you are into researching stuff, there are many articles, info, research papers on Vitamin E and the synthetic forms. But mainly the natural form (d-alpha tocopherol) is what your body absorbs best. Since this is for topical use, I suggest if you are looking for oral Vitamin E, do your research. There are some studies that suggest the synthetic form can cause cancer, but don't take my word for it as I've only come across two studies done on mice back in the 90's. Also, keep in mind that if you are allergic to gluten use a little bit first to see if you have any reaction as wheat germ contains gluten.So far I am very pleased with this product because 4 oz will go a long way. The price was great and while I don't expect a miracle wrinkle eraser, I like how my face looks more radiant, wrinkles are less noticeable when I apply it and my skin isn't so dry in certain areas. I've only been using it for a little over a week so we'll see how my wrinkles improves in a few months. I also have another scar near my right eye. It is an old scar but I'm hoping it will help with the appearance of it as well.Also want to add that since it is oily, you don't need more than a few drops (less if you have oily skin). I wouldn't recommend putting it on under makeup though, but that's just me. My skin does feel oily so I try to use mostly at home and every night. For work or going out, I'll use about two drops that I mix with another moisturizer I have and apply it to the dry areas on my face (mainly around my eyes) and my neck. Any excess oil I feel, I pat it with a tissue. You don't want to go out looking like an oily fried face.So be an informed shopper, do your research make sure it says d-alpha tocopherol.

Very thick but works well

This stuff is a miracle worker! I don't normally post reviews but this oil works so well and doesn't have many reviews yet so I was compelled to write one to let everyone know how great it is.I have an angry looking keloid from my C-section scar from over 2 years ago. I tried using ScarAway but didn't notice much difference. Someone suggested that I apply vitamin E oil on it. So I went searching on Amazon for one and learned that there was a D-Alpha Tocopherol (natural) and DL-Alpha Tocopherol (synthetic) one. I wanted the natural and pure vitamin E oil. Most of the oils available here were the synthetic version. I found a couple of natural ones, but they were mixed with other oils. This brand was the only one I found that was natural and pure, it is made from wheat germ. I took a chance on it, as there was only one other review and it was 3 stars. Boy, am I glad I did!I've only been using it nightly for about 2 weeks now and my keloid is starting to look less angry. It's still red, but not as red as it was before. I was using ScarAway for months and didn't get any results. So I'm super excited that I'm starting to see results in only about 2 weeks. Another plus is that I also started applying it to my nails. I have pretty weak nails that start chipping and tearing once they get to a certain length. Well, only after a few nights, I can tell a difference with my nails. They are much stronger now, I can grow them out longer without having them tear or chip.I am hooked on this oil. I need to do some more research into what else I can use this for. It's amazing that I can actually see results from this product in such a short amount of time. There aren't many products out there that I can say this of. Try it--I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results!

This product is great, I am using it on my skin to rid some of my hyper-pigmentation and also help maintain complexion and a youthful look. So far its working well. The oil is very thick it only takes a couple of drops and that's more than enough for use. Must store in a cool & dark place to maintain its properties. I usually mix with another product if using in day time, I also use at night for overnight serum, a couple of drops works well for me after my nightly face wash routine. So far I am happy with the product, I will give another update in a few weeks of progress.

I used this one my face once! One time! And the next morning I kid you not my face was clearer and smooth and my pores were less noticeable! I am amazed at how quickly this worked for me and cannot wait to see if it works for my slightly dark under eyes that just recently developed! I swear I already see a difference in them but I'll check back once it's been a few weeks! This product is legit! It smells and looks exactly how it's supposed to when dealing with vitamin E in its pure form with nothing else!
