it goes fast right away. need praxctice to keep it slower but it's possible.
Love this little tryc. it is easy to learn to use. I got in and out of elevators easily. My only wish is that I could get it out of the trunk my self. Used it the first day at a busy tourist venue and didn't hit anyone.Highly recommended

Customer service is non-exsistant. My Speeds came with more wireing problems than it had wires and Ewheels could not be bothered to help. When the charger would not work and when the travel battery I purchased wouldn’t work they would not stand by their warranty but blamed it on me for not charging the battery even though the charger had never been wired correctly coming from the “factory”. They would not help when the wires disconnected when I opened it to change the battery. No wiring diagram no simple drawing no nothing. I have had NOTHING but trouble with this Speedy and they could care less. NO HELP AT ALL WITH ANYTHING!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you are an engineer and can rewire the whole thing yourself be hcause you are on your own once the credit card clears. I was stuck in Copenhagen with a scooter that would not work. And they would not help at all. I finally got it working because I brought extra parts and a brain that would analyze and solve problems. DO Not buy this company’s products. You will have nothing but trouble. Now my Speedy is a fire hazard because the wheel where the motor is gets so hot it will burn your skin and this with he key off. I am worried it will start a fire.

This scooter works as advertised
Fits in the trunk of my car but a little heavy to lift. Takes a little time to get used to the twist control but it works okay. Be careful to use indoors in tight spaces because it can jump on you. Seat is a little hard so I bought a rollator seat cushion to help. Manufacturer service department was okay to deal with when I ordered a new inner tube for the rear tires but found the same on EBay for less. This is a fast scooter and a pleasure to use.

This is a recreational scooter.
I like the looks, size and speed of this scooter. I like the way you drive this like a bicycle with the handlebar brakes. I called the company to help me tighten the brakes beyond the barrel tightened. The person on the phone was helpful, polite and professional. I recommend this scooter.
