I have, and still am trying new hair colors, all permanent. I am 60 and my hair is shaved off except at the top. The color is true to the shade on the box. It does have a strong ammonia smell which scared me, I don't want the hair I have falling off. Mixing the color was simple, and the consistency of the was not as creamy as I prefer but as I went along it became the consistency I like which is creamy, not runny or wet and drippy. I gave this 5 stars because it left my hair so soft and the color lasted 2-3 weeks. The extra perk is it matches my natural hair color! I still have some black in the back but it covered it enough the first week when I wore my hair up. No hair breakage or crunchy, dry feeling to my hair. Love, love the color and will definitely be using it again.

I just used dyed my hair this morning and when I put it in my hair it definitely looked like my hair was changing color. Left it in for 30 minutes, washed it out and towel dried my hair. I could see my hair didn't take to the dye. Only my roots and ends turned silver. When I started to blow dry it my hair was very greasy so now I have to wear my hair up for the day and get a headache. I find that the cheaper brands like clairol work much better so I'll be sticking to the cheaper brand

Okay so I have ordered this before and it's absolutely on point. The color is great it was packaged good. Mother in law really liked my hair so I ordered again and I'm a little picky this time first time dying her hair... Box was a little damaged, conditioner and directions were missing. So I will reorder. This is first time I had is normally shipping and product is great

I have tried several different brands trying to turn my hair into a deep silver. The journey has been a huge let down, until I came across this brand. Not only was the color the closest to the photo on the box, the coverage was the best. I no longer saw blond hue within the silver like other brands. The coverage is very consistent. It make my hair silky soft, didn't have anything in it to damage or bleach my hair again. Smelled good. And I will be buying again for my touch-up.

I have about a level 10-11 light ashy blonde hair with medium blonde roots. I wanted to put this on my roots to make them more ashy and then pull the color through the rest of my hair the last 5 minutes of processing. I protected my ends with protein filler before starting. My roots came out an ugly brown and the rest of my hair dark purple! It was horrid! Looked like I had used a whole bottle of Wella 050! I had to do a bleach bath on my hair to remove all the color which left my roots gold. Ugh!
