Instructions on how to load tape eould be great

I had no problem to figure it out; there is a spring loaded bar that you flip open so it is not pressed against the housing. Load the tape so the bar goes through the hole in the tape roll. if you are holding the handle vertically, the sticky side of the tape should be facing down. as it peels off the roll. Feed the tape off the roll and through the metal housing so it comes out with the non-sticky side against the cutting teeth and plastic presser-tongue. Push the bar back down so it snaps against the inside of the tape roll. I hope my memory serves correctly.

Will this work for sealing tape that has a 1" core?

Never used 1 inch core. It should though if to enlarge picture it show an arm to hold against two rollers. Very strong tape gun does not bend like others and smooth operation. Would never part with mine.

What size screw holds the blade in place?

Mine has a 3/8 in. Long #8 sheet metal screw.
