Flipeez Monster 14" Backpack Red Orange

We have used the bag for less than a week and the top hanger loop has ripped. I thought this was a defect on the first bag, so I purchased a second one and it did the same thing. When I purchased a third I checked the top the same day it came in and it was already coming apart, the stitching from where they connect the bag and the loop together essentially is too tight of a stitch and it is the cause of the defect.

My son loves this backpack and loves showing it off to other kids who always laugh & giggle when he makes the eyes pop up on the monster. It held up really well the whole year of kindergarten and held a lot of stuff!
