I bought this to strengthen my back & get fit as I have Spondylosis & 2 bad back injuries. I really looked at many weight benches & this was by far the best even though it was more expensive than a lot of others it is certainly worth the extra money. I read nearly all the reviews & specs on all the 90kg benches & this clearly was everything it was made out to be by Marcy. The instructions weren’t great & maybe they should do an assembly video to make it easier. Having a similar style bench years ago helped me more than the instructions tbh it took me 7hrs. Once assembled you can see & feel the quality of unit you’ve built & it’s worth every penny. My whole family use it now & it’s helped my back already & after following Arran Lambo’s advice & techniques on working out & gaining muscle mass,I have made a significant difference in muscle mass & tone with this bench in 3 weeks. 3 weeks of following his instructions on this bench. So get this weight bench & check out Aaron Lambo’s Facebook page & follow his instructions on controlled dead lifts sets ,gaining muscle mass etc & in 3 weeks you’ll notice a significant difference especially with this bench. The last time I had a bench 10yr ago at 33 it took me 2 months to notice a good difference & 4 months to get near were I am now at 43 but then I couldn’t do 30 chin ups a day that I can now at 68kg. 3 weeks ago I couldn’t do 3. Took me ages to assemble. No it cannot be assembled in 6 hours as suggested ! Took me a few days leisurely. Instructions can be unclear but watching videos on YouTube helped immensely as certain parts I had to undo and start again. Now fully functional. So overall definitely worth the effort and is functional good. Be sure to tighten all panels as some light frame parts can be noisy otherwise. For 600 pounds a very good purchase and the weight stack is more than adequate. A 4 star for sure. Be 5 stars if instructions were better. For this price point, thoroughly recommended.

Despite an issue with one of the components for the gym (which customer services replaced within a couple of days) this multifunction is excellent value for money. Easier than I thought to put together if you follow the detailed instructions (6 hrs on my own though)Be aware though if buying that you should be prepared to move heavy boxes following delivery. It was delivered on a crate containing 6 boxes weighing 27-37kg each into my front driveway. Once assembled it is good quality and used on a daily basis by myself and my wife........Unfortunately the kids also pop round a lot more to use it, as do their boyfriends......In all an excellent home gym and would highly recommend.
