Q: will this fit a 2.75" hole?

This requires a 3” hole. If you get a Starrett Oops arbor you can add a 3” hole saw to a 2 3/4” hole saw to get the 3” hole.

Q: Is it threaded inside on BOTH ends or just the one?

Q: Can i somehow use one end for a slip fitting? since the threads are fiberglass?

The fitting is fiberglass reinforced polyethylene. The only way to use it as a slip fitting is with a pvc or cpvc adapter.

Q: Since this is made of poly, can i twist on abs/pvc (which one is better?) male 2” fitting? do i use cement glue, threadlock or just teflon tape?

You should be able to screw any 2” fitting since there is no actual chemical bond, as long as it is the right thread type (NPT). I personally use PVC glue/ cement on all of my permanent joints but it’s a bit of overkill. I would just use Teflon, if you plan on removing this in the future.
