Defective
The battery was very easy to install. I installed and put it on the charger and it charged to 3 leds and further. It played for about a hour. I tried to charge it again and it did not work. Tech support was no help, I tried 3 different chargers with no luck. I don’t have time to drive to Kohls to send a bad battery back to probably receive another bad one, I will just take my loss and move on. Just want to let everyone know, I may be the only one that got a bad one.
