Set these up in my gym from a ceiling mount - really nice smooth action, silent pulleys and a pleasure to use. After a couple of months I can find no evidence of wear or deterioration. Recommended

Been using these for many months in my home gym and they are very sturdy.It was easy to adjust the cable to the desired length and there is no fraying to date. Recommended.

The pulley are great and will definitely be used but the nylon straps and clips I am not sure I would trust over time to last, particularly if used outdoors. The pulleys can also be used in a clothes drying line setup, which is what I have utilised them for. At 150KG each, they can take a decent stretch of damp clothes across a line.

I bought this kit so I could get a lat pulldown cable in my garage gym.The strap goes over the beams no problem.The pulleys work great - I've used two so the weights can be away from me while I do my workout. (with only one pulley you'll be int he same vertical line as the weights, so they'll be trying to hit you in the face!).I'm currently loading mine with 45kg and they work flawlessly.

Components are sturdy and work well. Used for a home-made garage gym pulley system. Pleased.

I've been working out at home properly for around 8years now & although over the years i have slowly built up a small collection of weights & equipment there's certain exercises you just can't do properly without the right machines & unfortunately they are expensive & bulky which doesn't help when you are limited to a small space.Which is where these LFJ pulleys come in as they allow you to do a wide range of cable exercises that you just can't do with a standard bench & dumbbells, obviously you will need to get grips, cable & a loading pin but once you have all that they let you do a wide range of exercises for a fraction of the cost of the expensive machines.Thankfully for me i do have a pullup bar which allowed me to get this whole system set up in no time at all as i just had to wrap the strap round & connect the pulley with the carabiner clip, attach the weights & i was good to go, plus the best part when i'm done i can pack it all away in to a small box & have the full use of my room again which i couldn't do if i had a cable machine.The pulleys themselves look nice & strong so should be capable of lifting the 150kg's as stated in the specs however i can't test this as i don't have that many plates here right now.I like how there's 360 degree movement on the top ring to allow for movement.Currently i just have a pair of standard grips to use with these right now so i'm not getting the most out of the pulleys but with the addition of a rope & bar attachment you can unlock even more exercises.Overall though i'm really happy with these pulleys from LFJ & just looking forward to getting the extra attachments so i can unlock the pulleys full potential & make them a part of my daily routine.

The pulley system was delivered with a strap missing,, so although the items are good quality, I can only give this purchase 3 stars as a part was missing

I've used them for some couple of monts now. I am someone who is using them to pull in a range between 5 to 45 kg per pulley. Nothing to complain so far.
