NOT junk. Not even close...
I noticed that one person reviewed this watch calling it "junk" and giving it one star. Another person complained about the actual clasp not being what was pictured, but has since been corrected in the product description by the seller. I do not feel their negative reviews accurately reflect what this product really offers.I was looking for a knock-around/beater watch with Rolex Explorer styling. Spending 8000 for the real thing was out of the question. After doing my research, I settled on this Parnis, and feel it is a great value for the price! For 100 dollars you get a sapphire crystal, solid end-links, brushed and polished surfaces on the bracelet with screws (not pins), a screw-down crown, a hand-winding and hacking movement, and a highly polished milled clasp (not pressed). The watch displays excellent fit and finish. There is minimal lume on everything except the 3, 6, and 9, which themselves are highly polished surfaces. The bracelet was very easy to resize with a jeweler's screwdriver. It wears very comfortable on my 7.5 inch wrist. My only complaints after wearing it for almost two years is that under certain lighting situations, the 3, 6 and 9 disappear. Also, this is not a light watch, some days I find it a little too heavy. After all, it is a solid chunk of stainless steel. For comparison, my 290 dollar Seiko has hollow endlinks, pins in the rattlely bracelet, the movement is not hand-winding, the clasp is pressed metal, and the crystal is Seiko's Hardlex. Therefore, I'd say this Parnis offers a lot of value for the price, and is far from being junk.Thank you.

Surprising Quality For The Price
Have been a collector of fine watches for years and have some of the most prestigious brands in my collection. However every once in a while it's always good to buy a cheap wild card to see how good (or bad !) a watch at this price point can be - and yes it's a blatant rip off of the Explorer 1 anyhow. Shipped quickly and received in perfect order and you know what - the quality is actually surprisingly good. As per the other review the winding is buttery smooth ( have not been inside to see what the movement is) and the case finishing is excellent for the price. The bracelet is also very good and beats many Seiko 'rattlers' - am actually very impressed and wears very comfortably. Is now on the timing chart and will see what accuracy it deliveres and if it is anywhere like the Seiko with the basic 7S movement will be very impressed. A bit of fun and you won't waste your $ as it's worth the money - I have been proved wrong that something well priced can represent value all things considered.

This is a nice watch. Very nice case with screw down crown. Accuracy is pretty good. Runs a long time. Looks great. I'm very pleased with it. I feel the price was great for what I got which was more than expected.

Misleading Views of Product
Picture shows the glide lock clasp. You don’t really get that. Bracelet you get is OK but MUCH more difficult to adjust right.
