These mitts are pretty awesome, although they are almost too cold when directly out of the freezer. Bought the XL for my husband after he had carpal tunnel surgery. There are 2 ice packs in each mitten. Wearing both at the same time is difficult to take on/off by yourself. There is a Velcro strap to close if you feel the need to. I would almost recommend leaving them outside the freezer for a bit before putting on as they are so cold it is hard to keep them on for long. I do wish they had a bigger size, the XL was a little snug especially with his hands being tender and swollen. Can't go wrong except maybe getting frostbite.

I have an injured hand after falling down a sloped area and hyper extending all five of my fingers, spraining four of them, and breaking one of them in multiple places (ring finger). Icing was not going super well because it was difficult and painful to hold larger ice packs in the area and they didn’t conform to the curves of my hand and they didn’t have enough of the cooling effect. These amazing mittens addressed all of those issues. They are so comfy. They stay in place easier. They conform to the shape of a hand. They provide excellent therapeutic ice application. I have not yet used them for heat, as my injury is not ready to have heat applied, but I imagine it’s heavenly. I can’t wait to try it. I know this is a little bit more expensive than other options, but the quality is very high, and I am very happy with my decision to purchase this product over others. When you put it on it just feels like it was made with love. It probably was. Thank you.

I've have used this product for about a year, and I absolutely love these therapy mittens. They have given me tremendous relief from R.A. I've let family borrow them to convince them of their benefit and they've gone on to purchased their own.

Fit is good. Out side is soft.When I keep them in the freezer it is abit to cold for the pads of my finger tips ! Like frost bite cold ! But feels so so good on the rest of my hand . But just keeping them in the refrigerator is nice ! My negative is they don’t go up high enough on the wrist. And my wrists are in extreme pain also .

Gloves very nice. Too bulky for me to use. Good for cold weather

Help… one of the mittens ice pack ended up flat in a short period of time. Could I have a replacement for that one? Love the mittens though and would like a replacement ice pack so it is able to stay colder longer. This product has been a lifesaver for broken hand.

I have arthritis in my thumbs, so I bought this to ice the joint between my hand and my thumb. This product is two ice packs stacked on top of each other that you put your hand between, so it did not ice the sides of my hands which was disappointing. It helps and works great for the joints between the rest of my fingers, but not my thumb. I usually just hold my hand sideways in it and that works. This product isn’t amazing, but it is the best I’ve been able to find so far and it’s certainly better than trying to wrap a rectangular ice pack around my hand and hold it in the right position with a hair tie! So I guess there’s that.

These are good quality, easy to use and work very well. So glad I purchased these.

Nach dem Reha-Aufenthalt habe ich etwas gesucht, was eine Kälteanwendung gegen Schmerzen bei Arthrose in den Fingern für zu Hause sein könnte. Diese Gelhandschuhe erfüllen diesen Zweck. Stark gekühlt lindern sie für längere Zeit die Schmerzen. Besonders morgens sehr entlastend!

Last a decent amount of time (20-30mins) Using it about twice a day on a bad pain day definitely gives relief. Havent used them for heat therapy yet so i can only attest to cold therapy
