This beer can holder works very well and with the use of HD aluminum foil cups, you can reduce the waste of you beverage or solution used to flavor you poultry during the smoke. I purchased 12 of them and packed my smoker. Took first place at a cook off for best chicken using this device.

the chicken slips down on the can, and the legs touch the pan as a result. this device could use a horizontal bar halfway up the can to prevent that. part form that, it works well and really easy to clean in the dishwasher

Got 2 diffrent holders. Both worked flawlessly. Also used stainless steel cups over cans. (No chance of chemical burnoff) Single wall 12oz stainless cups fit beautifuly.

It's like getting rotissarie chicken just by baking. Seanson chicken inside and out. Put the verticle roaster on a baking dish or foil. Fat drips down and skin is crispy. Yumm.

I use it to make the chicken and duck "stand up" in the oven so I don't need to flip the chicken when roasting the chicken. very handy tool if you roast chicken or duck often.

Their is nothing fancy about this item. It will hold you beer and your chicken without issue for less then $15. I call it a win.

Haven't used yet but they look sturdy and easy to clean
