What is the clamping voltage on this one ?

"Clamping Voltage" is different than "Let Through Voltage". (I can't explain the difference, I just know from my own equipment that Tripp-Lite publishes both spec.) Typical clamping voltage on good surge suppressors are 140-150 V RMS with a Let Through Voltage of 300-400 V.

What is the difference between ISOBAR6ULTRA and Non Ultra model?

I think the NON ultra shuts power down completely when a surge happens, like blowing a fuse. The ULTRA protects from the surge, BUT still allows power through even if it had already been tripped, leaving tech vulnerable until the surge protector is reset or replaced.

What is the protected ethernet? 10/100? or 10/100/1000?

According to some of the reviews, this will only work for up to 100Mbit Ethernet, not Gigabit. But if you're using this to protect a cable modem (coax in from wall and out to modem, Ethernet in from modem and out to router), then you shouldn't need anything more than 100Mbit protection.
