Keeps deflating not good quality!
I would rate it a 0 but I can't! We received it and we right away inflated the ball, the white tip that is meant to keep the air from coming out wouldn't go in properly. I left it sitting over night and by the next morning it was all wrinkly and deflated again. I again inflated it and by later that day it was declared yet again. Spend a little more and buy a better quality one.

The ball is great and exactly what I wanted
The ball is great and exactly what I wanted. The workouts with it can be very intense. My only disappointment is that I found one in a store for half the price I paid for this one.
