Q: Can you use as a vinyl wrap edge sealer on bike, car, etc.?

Yes, this works great for that. I wrap the door hinges on my Wrangler with this tape and it has protected against hundreds or rock impacts. Very durable. Clean the paint thoroughly before application and understand that after a while with heat and car washes it will eventually lose adhesion and need to be replaced.

Q: Is there a temperature range for application?

Its much easier to work with when the temperature is 60 degrees or above, but I have applied it in the winter (Probably 40 degrees in garage) and it worked fine, just stiffer & not as pliable.

Q: What width for door edge guards? 1/2 or 1 in.

To be honest I was not happy with this product and returned it.
