The pills are too large, every time i choke while trying to take them. Smaller pills would be better.

I love taking these vitamins. I don't basically take them for pain in joints but just to maintain the energy . I like the formula, they are easy to swallow and do not smell. I noticed a glow in my skin after taking them.

just started taking this supplement so i can avoid injuries while lifting weights. I don't mind the thickness of the tablet at all but it's a bit thicker.

I Just finished a bottle and I don’t know if they are working or not. I ordered a second bottle because I like to take tumeric because it’s an anti inflammatory. I usually take it with my match in powder form. I just ordered a second bottle though. I want to take it for about 6 months or more to see.
