ak-ro-nym - The Hilarious Party Game of Made Up Acronyms, Great for Friends and Family

I had my doubts if my family would enjoy playing this game, but I was hopeful as I thought it sounded fun. To my surprise even the most reluctant of players soon became completely involved and enthusiastic in playing this game. It was fun and engaging for everyone.. we got a bit loud and exuberant. There were 8 of us playing from 10 to 50+ years old. It suggests 4 to 10 players but I think more than 10 would work. New and different game. Makes you think and use your vocabulary. Thought everyone would quit after 1 game. We played a second game and only quit when it was after 10 pm and my son had to be to work at 5 am.

My family got this game at Christmas - I'm the English-lover in the family but my husband was way better at this game then me. It was so fun to play. My sister-in-law and I got a kick out of seeing what everyone else could come up with. This is definitely going to be a staple at our game nights - I can't wait to play this game with my friends!

If you were a fan of the internet game Acrophobia, then you will like this. Its very similar! Hours of creative fun for the whole family!

It was quite a lot of fun to play with all ages, and very easy to understand the rules.

Great game

If you are bored with Cards Against Humanity because the shock value has worn off, this game is for you! It's as terrible or as innocent as the players in the room. Which means you can play it with your bawdiest buds or your grandma and grandpa without fear of ridicule or embarrassment. It's especially entertaining to watch your less mentally agile friends try to be clever or creative. But really, the intelligent and creative will love this game.

This is a fun game and we love playing it! It's so great how adaptable to the players it is. And because it's relatively short, you're not stuck playing it when people want to move on to something else, unlike various board games people profess to love playing.

Fun and quick moving game. The different rounds give it variety. We had a blast hearing the ridiculous, and sometimes just real good answers. Recommend akronym for group fun!
