I love the illustrations, so colorful too. The hardcover is in excellent condition. The 1st page is for me… the print ‘Amor de abuelita’ is my favorite periwinkle color. Love the activities abuelita and her nieta do together. The second picture shows the little bear with a crown on…my granddaughter is a Reina. The last picture is the one that gets me is her hugging abuelita. When I leave she hugs me over and over. 💜 She is 4th generation Latina and is always saying little Spanish words. I hope this helps her learn more.

I bought this for my mother in law. She speaks Spanish only and she’s going to be babysitting my daughter. She said the book is cute but some words are weird -as if translation was messed up.

Super adorable book. My mom loves to read this to my 10 month old and snuggle with him as she reads. Teaches my boy how much she adores him.

Es una dulce historia sobre la unión con la abuela, especialmente el final, cuando a pesar de que el pequeño y lindo koala está separado por la distancia, una carta de la abuela los mantiene cerca, sintiéndose especiales. ¡Definitivamente estaré atento a un futuro libro sobre abuelos!

This book is the perfect for gift for grandparents or for a grandchild. It celebrates this grandparent and child relationship. It’s sweet and fun to read and brings with it so many memories! I have this book in English, and am excited to see it’s available in Spanish as well!
