They are not so great!
I own a coffee shop and these brushes are okay for cleaning the group heads, the angle of the brush is really good and the fact that it comes with a scoop at the end of it for the cleaning powder is very practical, BUT it just sucks that the brush bristles are not of a better quality, after a few uses they will just fall out or expand out of shape as you see in the picture.

Back flush disc and brush were perfect
The back flush disc snapped tightly into the Gaggia EVO 58.5mm portafilter; really nice fit. The brush is also nicely made with tight bristles to clean on and around the head unit nicely. Recommended!

This product and Cafiza are are all that is needed to backflush your machine.
