BleuetPocket Stove

The stove is perfect when you don't want to carry liquid fuel. It does take more than one tablet to boil water, especially when you are outside in the wind. I use this little stove when I go camping and fishing.

The stove itself is great. Strong and lightweight. The fuel tabs that came with it smell like rotting fish. I used those up quickly and got some military surplus tabs that don't smell bad. Great stove for the cost.

The stove is solid. There are decisive detents when the stove is open. One as in the picture and another when all the way opened. It won't collapse. The steel is not flimsy. The fuel cubes will not light with a spark. A match or lighter is needed to get them going. A canteen cup fits on top very well as does an MSR seagull pot.

nice little addition to my survival kit. paired it with a tin cup and some bouillon cubes for soup in an emergency/roughing it situation.

The blocks do have quite a smell to them. You may want to keep them somewhere out of living spaces (probably will in any case)

I had already one but I lost it on one ouf our camping trips, and since this is the same make, I can say that I will be perfectly happy with it although I haven't used it yet.

Exactly what I asked for but took 2 fuel blocks to boil a small thing of water.

Works perfectly for its purpose and takes up no space. Great for a 2-4 day trip
