The product was a good appetite suppressant which, was the main reason for using it. Also took it for the advertised supplemental benefits. The product I used was not the Garcinia Cambodia Slim and Pure Detox Maximum Strength Supplement- 95% HCA. I used Nature’s Design Garcinia Cambodia - contains 95% HCA.
