This works really well!!!
I have tried many things to stop my dog from barking on a walk or when company arrives at the house. One click and the dog is quiet. Now I only need to show her the device and she’s quiet! A great investment for sure.

Petzoom Pet Command seems to work . . . but it does not make an audible sound. i'm a believer
i used the Petzoom Pet Command for the first time today. it clicks, the lights come on . . . but it does not make an audible sound. that's what it's supposed to do but i was still skeptic. however, as instructed, i pointed the unit directly at my barking dog. he hesitated and then the barks disappeared finally, with only a few more LOUD barks. it seems to work as long as i have the unit pointed directly at him. i hoping this is finally THE ONE because i have not found anything to stop his barking.at this point, i believe it works. time will tell. it is, however, worth the inordinately low price paid for the unit.

Super pissed off
This is our third one in a week (second from amazon). First one we got an within one click it broke. This one, we received this morning, used it all morning and afternoon and now its broken AGAIN. 3 for 3. Super pissed off. Great idea and product because when it isn't defective, it works great. However 3 for 3 have been defective within hours of receipt. SO annoying

it is useless as a training device
I have 2 small dogs and I used this device when they pulled against the leash. They immediately looked back at me for 2 seconds, and continued to pull. I used it when the dogs would misbehave, same response no change in behavior. Barking, same response quick look back, continue barking."Horseplay" in the house DITTO, jumping up on people same. Over a period of two weeks I tried this on different days, times and problems, the flashlight works, unfortunately the device is lumpy and doesn't fit well in ones pocket.I intend to return it and ask for my money back, it is useless as a training device.

It Works for our Min Pin.
We received our Pet Zoom Command today and what a difference it has made with our barking Min Pin. Usually he is very barky, in the afternoon, when kids are coming home from school. After two times, giving command "Quite", and pressing the Training button, he quieted right down, the third time, all I had to say was 'quiet' and he quieted right down. I would say it works! What a relief for us, as he can be very barky. It is a work in progress, as we just received the the Pet Zoom today and we hope the barking becomes better with more training.
