This product is exactly what I've been looking for! I have a shih-tzu, and his face needs cleaned often. His eyes weep, and this solution keep stains off his face. I can see that it is working well because she had a lot of staining right up to the eyeline and after using it every day she has a clean line there. The only stain remaining is the dyed portion farther out which will come off when her hair grows out and I can snip or shave it off. A very good product and I like the swivel tip rather than having it drip out too much as waster. No complaints on her part.

I have only been using this product for a few days, so the magic hasn't happened as of yet...I will continue to use this Product for the whole Month to see if it does the job. But I can seea little progress. Update...I am really seeing Progress with this Product!One Month Later....the Magic is happening, I can see the difference under my Pups Eyes! The product seems to be working as advertised. There is no smell to it and our puppy does not fuss too much when she has her face cleaned. I will buy the product again.

I shake the bottle and apply enough to moisten a cotton cosmetic pad then I gently wore my dogs eyes away from the eye. Does a good job of moistening the discharge from the eyes. Takes a minute and a few passes. Stay gentle and your pet will cooperate. Didn't completely remove any stain but the area under her eyes was much cleaner. For a small dog you only need to moisten half the cosmetic pad. I will order again.

I've been using this tear stain remover for a week now, and it has made my poor dog's tear stains even WORSE! She just had a light streak from her eyes when I started using this, now she has a very dark spot right next to the corner of her eye and a dark streak down her face. Nothing comes off on the cloth. I wish I could find something that will work!

My chihuahua's left eye started to tear and look aggravated. She started keeping it closed most of the time. I tried a ton of products, but none of them worked as well as this one. It took a few days with me cleaning her eye about 3 times a day and now her eye has healed. :)
