Amending my review from one to four stars because the company reached out and quickly sent a replacement. So far the backpack has been great!Initial review - So frustrated because my child was so excited for this knapsack! It is adorable and roomy inside and she was looking forward to using it for school, but the zipper broke within the first week from both ends. It was impossible to repair and the bag wouldn't stay closed.

Very cute and stylish backpack. I had to keep cutting the ends of straps as threads kept unraveling. Straps also kept sliding from the lock slider.

I bought this backpack for my niece , when she saw this backpack, she said she love it ! She want to wear the backpack right away! The quality is good, because she is middle school student and she has a lot of books but the backpack is very good to put that much book!I am very happy that she like it !

When I received it it was great but these color faded and the backpack ripped really easily and this made me kind of sad.

This backpack is really cute my 10 year old loved it! But it's a bit smaller than what appears in the picture.

It was very big and good for school just make sure the straps might fall but other wise very good

This backpack is adorable, however it is small for a school backpack. The pictures show it much larger. My daughter plans on using it to carry her personal items, not her heavy books. It doesn’t seem strong enough to carry her school books.
