Fit for purpose
This my second purchase of the holder, it's easy to use and install, allows for my ring device to be angled to give me a wide view of my street and the front of my gate

Big improvement
The sun shade/ hood protects from sun glare and produces a more precise video recording. I also use the space inside to hold the excess solar panel cords. The only concern is that the hood doesn't wholly snap onto the housing, and the lower plug is prone to fall off if you try to adjust the angle inward or outward.

Perfect for my ring
The true is I was afraid at the moment I installed it because it was raining a lot and I thought that my ring may be damage at this time, but from that point I have 3 months tested and my ring is working fine. I’m really happy with this

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED
My wiring for the Ring Doorbell was on a side wall. I was perplexed as to what would be a quick and easy fix. This does the job. Easy to install, easy to adjust, and so far is holding up great. I wouldn't call it heavy duty, perhaps medium to light duty. But once it is installed there is no reason to touch it. Pushing the actual doorbell does not affect it at all. I would recommend it as a solution for those who need to use a sidewall for their camera doorbells.

Waste of money
This thing was hard to use, trying to figure out how to put the camera in and adhere it to the door just made me buy the other one again. Too complicated and cheap, it broke, so I couldn’t even return it!
