It arrived looking used. Had smudges on it and liquid in it. I gave it a try and it worked at first but now it throws out soap and once u remove your hand it spits out more soap all over the counter. I tried clicking the button to see if that worked but that just adjusts how much soap comes out. Regardless if a little or a lot once u remove your hand it just spits that much more out all over again but of course now your hand isn't there to catch it.Oh its also does not appear to be stainless and as far as looks go in case you are trying to match stuff in your kitchen/bath, this looks more like chrome.

I ordered this as my grandkids seem to waste to much soap when washing their hands. This dispenser gives a controlled amount of soap so none is wasted. There are 3 levels you can choose from to give just the amount of soap you want dispensed. My grandkids have used this for several days now and I am quite pleased as they are not wasting soap anymore and they actually wash their hands more often! I highly recommend this for anyone with kids or without kids. I plan to purchase more PerPik one for another bathroom and also one for the kitchen. I also want to mention this was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The directions are easy to follow with all needed steps listed in order.

Very disappointed. After paying nearly $50 for this unit last November (I was willing to pay up based on good reviews and my husband's strong desire for an automatic dispenser) it stopped working in August. Now I see it listed for less than $20 and numerous comments about it no longer working in even less time than mine. I can't readily find a way to contact the seller, so I hope they contact me after seeing this.

I've been wanting a hands free soap dispenser and I'm happy I found this one for $8! It works great in our kitchen and I think it dispenses a good amount of soap. You do need to move your hand away from the dispenser as soon as it finishes dispensing the soap or it will dispense more. It takes 4 AAA batteries. I do wish it was more of a stainless steel like my faucet/sink/appliances but its similar to the picture and in my opinion more of a chrome. It is easy to refill or turn off (if needed). For the cost you really can't go wrong. I'll likely buy another one to help keep germs down.

Junk!! inserted batteries and it dispensed soap one time. it would only dispense when restarted. then as it was in the bathroom all by its self it started shooting soap all over. covered the floor and sink I couldn't get it to stop! As fast as i could i removed the top and dumped the soap. Tired of messing with it, I requested a return from the seller I will update if seller approves return.

The media could not be loaded.  I was never a big fan of touching the soap pump, especially when there’s not much left inside and I didn’t like how easy they were to knock over by just a little tap and yet, I didn’t want to spend extra when I still survive without it; still I decided to save money on soap by getting a big jumbo one and get this instead.After using this dispenser for a few days, I’m glad about my decision to spend the money to get one and I have listed some of the pros and cons for those who are thinking of getting a touch free soap dispenser and not sure how this one works before purchasePros1. This is not as described, they describe it as "Stainless Steel" it is chrome plated plastic, and the soap leaks through the bottom, sensor stopped working the same day, contacted the seller and no response. We have had this about a week. So far we love it. I get severe eczema on my hands when I wash dishes because every dish soap irritates my hands. With this touchless dispenser, it makes it easier for me to avoid coming in contact with the soap. I just place the dish under the dispenser and use a long brush to clean my dishes.This dispenser is sleek, and would fit into any kitchen. It works every time, and was also cheaper than normal dispensers we were looking into. Five stars!
