Update: the vendor reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. They were very helpful, and replacement arrived quickly. Great customer service!The handle of the shower head cracked after 3 months and no longer usable. Normal use, not because it dropped. It saves water and greatly increases pressure, though.

This feels cheaply made out of the box, but I've been using it for about 6 months now and am still recommending it to anyone who will listen. Fewer hard water stains in the shower for sure, maybe slightly softer hair and skin post shower...but the water pressure! The teeny tiny holes in the metal plate shoot out what feels like a rainshower worth of water. I haven't yet changed the softener beads, but there is still no hard water buildup on the shower head and only an occasional angled needle of water indicating some scale, buildup or blockage (I had to clean shower heads monthly prior to this).

My friend told me his “model friends” all used this shower head because it was better for their skin and hair. I can see why: it’s not too expensive, it helps with hard water, and it’s easy to install, especially if you are a renter and move often. I wish the instruction manual was more helpful in explaining the difference in the two shower head caps, and the plastic is cheap, thus only four stars. But I did notice a difference in my hair and skin. I’m a cancer patient, so the softer water helps with soothing my itchy skin/neuropathy, and the massage setting is relaxing. Every bit helps!

Es una regadera moderna pero tan complicada que no veo tenga una larga duración pues demanda reemplazo de piezas periódicamente. Llegó con unas piezas fuera de lugar muy pequeñas, como el resorte y una pequeña piedra redonda, lo que me tomó mucho tiempo adivinar que iba primero o después.Lo que interesaba con prioridad era la presión del agua que realmente no tiene. Considero el precio muy alto para tantos inconvenientes. Me sentiría cómoda poder opinar positivamente pero si interesan una regadera duradera y con buena presión de agua, ésta no llena las necesidades y siento no poderla recomendar.Sin embargo, el envío fue rápido.

Well this is what I get for buying into the hype lol. Granted it does bring a stronger water flow because it allows more air and the type of screen that is on it helps with the output as well but that is where it ends. As soon as my husband turned the water on the whole face of the shower head shot off and all I see at the bottom of the tub…a small spring, a small plastic bead and both pieces of the face of the shower head. My husband put it back together but now we can only use one setting good. Second one your taking a chance on possibly dealing with the whole piece shooting off there again. Switch settings by turning the outer ring I believe. It’s best not to use the slide over switch(a bit hard to push)The shower head quality is definitely mediocre. Cheap plastic. I am keeping this in the bathroom for the adults because if the kids accidentally drop it or smack it against something I think the entire shower head would break apart. We will use it for now while I check out other ones.

Great value, 3 minute install. I wipe the spout with lime remover once a week because the tiny holes get clogged and spray all hay-wire. Helps keep hard water deposits off my hair and shower glass.

When it works, it's great. Yhis is my second purchase from this company. Third one that has cracked. After using it for a few months, the plastic housing cracked and sprung a leak. Cant contact company. Not worth the money
