these say medium, but they are the same size (30mm tall) as all of the larges i have bought before on amazon

I'm on the fence with these ear molds. I would probably buy them again, but I think I would try a different ear mold before coming right back to these things. The things I like about these molds is they can be comfortable, provided you can find the right size. My ear seems to need the size right between the small and the medium. When I wear the small, it fits well but it doesn't fit snug. Yes, there are times I forget the earpiece is inside of my ear but there are other times when I can feel it falling out of my ear and I have to adjust it from falling out. The medium fits really snug, but it begins to cause me pain after about 8 hours of continuous wear. For those of you who wear ear molds often, you know exactly what pain I'm talking about! This may be the perfect ear mold if the size fits you appropriately. Now, here are two things I do not like about these molds. First, the mold does not allow as much ambient sound to pass by the mold as the traditional ear molds do. The mold is larger than other ear molds near the ear canal which reduces how easy it is to hear. You can still hear people talk and what they are saying, but you just can't hear it as well as those "traditional" molds. The other feature which I'm not crazy about is the hole where you plug the coil tube connector piece into ("L" shape plastic tube which connects the coil tube to the ear mold). Most of the connectors have a flange on them so you can ensure you have seated the connector properly. When using this ear mold, you have to manipulate the flange and ear mold in order to get the plastic connect to seat property inside of the ear mold. If you don't, the plastic connector will fall out of the ear mold repeatedly. All in all, these are just OK.

I’m a Bose fan, had their headphones wired since 2004 and this was the style design that they used supper flexible soft silicone you can wear for 8 + hours without any ear pain. I use it at work and the sound quality is better plus I don’t have to worry about it losing its shape over time and it’s able to be used with either ear which is awesome.I’ve used just about every style of ear pieces that you can get for acoustic wired surveillance headsets and this is definitely by far the best one out there well worth the money

So I have been using earpieces for about 10 years now and I’ve used a bunch.Standard ear moundsThe torpedo ear pieceDecibeelz custom earpieceAnd this oneOut of all them this one is by far the best. I got the ambi model and I forget I am wearing it a lot of the time. Compared to the other ones, this one is:Softest (torpedo and an old Otto I had were close)Most comfortable: even more comfortable the the custom one (hard plastic)Least ear painI’ve been able to leave this in for a 12 hour shift and end up putting getting a phone call and putting phone to my ear multiple times forgetting the earpiece is in. I have been able to eat without the earpiece coming out like the ear mounds and torpedo. I am able to hear ambient noise well with no occlusion (custom)My only gripe is I use a black acoustic tube and the earpiece is white. But for the level of comfort I get the color is irrelevant.

It was comfortable at first but ended up hurting by end of shift. I got the 3 pack and wish there was a size in between the small and medium. This thing is very secure in the ear though. I recommend but just wish it fit me better

Stays in your ear, after some wear and tear, the plastic insert from wire mold wears on piece and doesn't stay in. Like having ability to hear exterior noise in conjunction with radio noise. Stays in my ear as opposed to sealed off versions. I recommend and will be purchasing again in future.

The medium and small work well for my ears. I’m 5’4” about 138lbs.
