I regret I didn't buy these sooner!
I had seen these gloves before, but I had decided that I was careful enough. About a month ago I was detracted while cutting chicken, and the knife slipped and sliced through the tendons in my pointer finger. It has healed well, but I lost the ability to bend the joint at the tip of my finger. I will probably never be able to use that joint ever again, because scar tissue has fused with the damaged tendon that controls the joint. After this incident happened, I decided I never wanted to cut and risk damaging my hand ever again.I bought these and have been very happy with them. I feel much more confident chopping and slicing meat and produce knowing I won't cut my hand again.Don't be like me and say it will never happen. I never thought a simple mistake would cause me to lose partial mobility of my finger for the rest of my life.

Great gloves!
I was hesitant at first when i bought this gloves. I used scissors and knife to cut it first and no damage was done. I used this cut resistant glove to cut onions even tried cutting my hands while wearing them and it does not go through. I gave it a 4 star because it's not a snug fit and it's loose on the fingertips. I kept cutting the ends of the gloves when i was cutting the onions. It had a slight smell to it, I washed it and the smell diminished. Overall, good gloves, I want try using them when pulling weeds.

Comfortable and functional gloves
I have several pair of cut-resistant gloves, but LifeAngel Cut Resistant Gloves have become my new favorite pair. All the gloves are effective in resisting cuts, but these gloves have some advantages others don’t. The gloves fit…well, like a glove. They are snug, yet comfortable. Some others I have are either uncomfortably snug or too big.Other gloves I have are equally comfortable, but when I cut fruit the juices soak through the fabric very quickly. It takes longer for juices to soak through these LifeAngel gloves, but they aren’t stiff and uncomfortable like others that don't get quickly soaked. These gloves are a great combination of comfort and functionality.

I like the feel of these gloves
I like the feel of these gloves. I think they will be good to use in handling slimy fresh caught fish and may give cut protection as well.

Good Cut Resistant Gloves
Although I haven't used these LifeAngel Cut Resistant Gloves much yet, so far, so good. Two weeks ago, I cut the pad on my middle finger while drying (but not actually using) my mandolin. Ended up that I needed six stitches. While at the walk-in clinic, the nurse and doctor mentioned that they have at least one "mandolin" accident each week. Because of this, I decided that I needed to take some precautions to prevent future accidents. To date, I have not had a reason to use a mandolin slicer but these gloves seem to work effectively for regular chopping.I purposely tried to cut through these gloves with my sharpest silicone knife and I could NOT damage the fibers. That's very positive.I normally wear a medium glove. The length of the fingers were fine, but the width was a little large. Not a big deal. After more extensive use with my graters and mandolin(s), I'll revisit this review.
