Works great except with high loads at full extension.
Can get stuck at full extension under load. Need to fiddle with it and it will retract again.

Rough and durable
This is the second one of these I have purchased. I have a 65lb dog that sees something and runs full speed....she is rough on a lead. This product has lasted longer than any lead I have bought. I highly recommend.

The leash material is cheap.
My dog chewed through it in about 1 minute while I talked to a neighbor. She has never done that before and didn't have to work very hard doing it. And the retraction is just a little weak.

Feels cheap, and the lock gives easily
The lock is too easy for give when she is trying to run and you engage it.

Leash is awful when it’s windy; lock is difficult at best.
The media could not be loaded. This leash is awful when it’s windy, really even if it’s a slight breeze. The lead tape is strong but has no weight to it. If your dog slows down and isn’t pulling tight, the wind whips up the tape and it flys around. It’s very easy for the dog as well as the walker to become tangled or even fall! Yesterday my elderly neighbor got tangled and I was sure he was going down on the cement.I’ve had this leash for several weeks and still fight the lock every day. You have to have your thumb in the right position and angle. It’s a lot of trouble.

Won't last long
Rubber on handle began peeling, gearing stripped and eventually stopped working properly. Pay the extra few dollars and get a mighty paw leash.

This is a Great leash!
Perfect size. Easy to lock and unlock with no jams. Great length. Strong. Highly recommended!

Long line and reflective
Love the colour! The ribbon is a nice feature if it gets caught up around your pup it won’t cut them, and you can wrap the ribbon around your hand without hurting yourself. The handle portion is heavy and it needed and extra large carabiner to connect a poop bag to it. The lock is an easy slide but it doesn’t always click right away sometimes you need to slide it twice before it locks. The hook is not heavy duty so not sure how long it’s going to last. I have an 18 pound mini poodle so it should be good for a while. Wouldn’t recommend it for a large dog if they pull or lunge at all. Overall pleased with the purchase and arrived right on time!

Well made and robust.
Good product, a little hard to activate the lock feature as the switch is a touch to high up the handle, unless you have a very long thumb. Means you have to adjust your hand out of the natural holding position to lock.

a solid, duralble good buy
My puppy has the "zoomies" and has yanked the leash from my hands several times. each time I felt for sure, the casing broke but it didn't. It's not as lightweight as it mentions but it's because it's very durable. you can feel it when you hold it. As for the cord itself, it's pretty strong. My puppy used to chew it when we first put it on her and we never noticed and snagging. My only wish is that It would've been nice if it came with an extra ring to attach the poo bags. overall, I'm satisfied
