this charges on 110v and there is no conversion transformer with it. Therefore not suitable for the UK marketwhich is not stated in the advert

Does not come with a UK plug and it's an u usual connection so you may not have a charger that works eith it. Unable to use it until an adapter arrives

I assumed that the complaint from previous purchasers would have been addressed but no, this item continues to come with a US two blade plug and a 110v charger making it unusable in the UK. Using an adapter and plugging it into the UK 240v mains without transforming the voltage could presumably result in fire or explosion. The sweeper itself is fine and in my case replaces a similar UK version which I've used for years. Fortunately I discovered the lead into the charging stand of the old UK version could be removed and supply the new cleaner with 15v charge direct from the charger. This otherwise good and useful product should be withdrawn from the UK market or supplied with a UK appropriate charger or safe UK adapter and warning.

This was great to start with but now it has lost power and doesn’t seem to charge properly

Don't buy this sweeper does only come with two pin ,but not regular two pin , I have not seen anything like this one and I looked for British plug for wall that this would fit,did not accept this from Black and Decker.Sent message to contact number yet.given feed back only 2stars disgusting.
