The size of the small size is 41 * 33 * 15cm/16.1 * 13 * 5.9in, and the weight is 160g. The size of the large size is 48 * 40 * 18cm/18.9 * 15.7 * 7.1in, and the weight is 180g.

Q: Can it fit pair of trainers at least?

Yes definitely my hubby uses it as a swim bag and we use a bath sheet which are large he also fits his soap bag in. It also has a small inside zip pocket. Hope this helps.
