These Rack Mount Adjustable Rails Kits are a great way to rack mount devices without mounting hardware. Both depth and width are adjustable dependent on the rack used. Either 19" or 23" or any custom width, this product facilitates easy rack mounting.

A Serious Substitute for Other Rails
After starting my server project almost 5 months ago I have gone through many rail systems. Many "universal" rail systems that have caused my rack to bow, many that just plain didn't work. After searching and wasting hundreds of dollars I finally found these and figured what the heck. I use these on my 4U chassis's and this will be the only rail system I will ever order again. They don't have a fancy slide mechanism or ball bearings, then again it doesn't take 45 minutes a rail to line up, adjust and line up and re-adjust and then tighten down again. For being so cheap I am amazed at the reliability of this simple system and will be recommending it to friends and other technicians that do this line of work. It simply works with no headaches and kudos to who ever patented these!

WILL ACTUALLY HOLD HEAVY STUFF!
I found these while working at a datacenter. We have racked very very very heavy stuff on them. They are easily adjustable for deep racks. There is a technique called "reverse-gruber" where you can rack these upside-down to create a switch stack weight relief ledge.the center nuts occasionally require me to wobble the device a little to get past them (supermicro server are plagued by this only)

Quality Product
Does exactly what it's supposed to. Used to mount a 90lb UPS at the bottom of my rack.

Excellent usability and performance
These rail kits are very durable and held up quite nicely. The price is great, and I joined these with my own plasma cut steel sheets to form full shelves. These are easy to assemble, durable, and great performance.

Good enough, but cheap
Althought this is rated for 200 lb. I installed a 75 lb. amp., it held the amp, but it bent inwards. I added a flat bar across the bottom, this helped.$27 for this and $2 for the flat bar, and 1/2 hour of labor is cheaper than most other shelf solutions. The screws that came with the rails to hold it to the rack were cheap, two stripped out, and one had no threads, I had better ones I purchased separately so no biggy. The smaller screws that hold the adjustable part worked very good. For the price don't expect too much, but works good in a pinch.

Works as expected
I've had it for over a year now, and it reliably holds up a server that weighs more than I do. My only complaint is that the screws that hold it together can be a bit picky.
