FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY WILL WORK.
Do this and they will work!!!!1. Put a cup of water in the microwave for 2 minutes— the water should be steaming, but not quite boiling. You should be able to put your finger in it and it should feel pretty hot.2. Submerge the tray in the water by holding the tab for about 5 seconds. You should see the tray curve inwards on itself by the ends, this suggests it is capable of being molded.3. Immediately place the tray in your mouth and PRESS ON THR FRONT OF YOUR TEETH with your fingers. This will give you the mold to your teeth.4. Keep the tray in your mouth for 3-ish minutes while it cools.5. Trim the tab and excess gum space you don’t need.6. Add whitening gel and enjoy!!This is what worked for me on the first time, first tray. I hope it works for you! 5/5 stars! I am using with Opalescene.

Waste of money do not buy
This was total crap. Did not come with directions so I googled for help. Still total crap and a waste of money. No refunds or offers for a refund or replacement. I thought since it had the opalescense name it would have worked. Wrong…🙄

Won't buy again
I know why they include three in a package. Luckily I only needed one for my upper teeth. After reading reviews on how to mold, I decided to boil the water and then take off heat for five minutes and then submerge the tray. This definitely didn't work. It never got pliable enough even after 30 seconds or more in the hot water. Then tried inserting in boiling water. I would take out every five seconds, trying not to leave in too long. Still not pliable enough so left in a bit longer and that was too much so that one was trashed. Tried the boiling method again and really paid attention and pulled them out when I thought they might work, maybe 10 seconds??? I semi molded them to my teeth but I'm going to say it won't be good enough to whiten my teeth. I can see gaps and the tray doesn't stay in so I will need to bite down to hold it in place. Tried the third one and slightly overdone like the first one but I was able to again semi mold to teeth a little better but still not snug enough. I haven't tried using them for the whitening yet and I am almost sure they won't work simply because it is not a snug fit but i will try them. For the price, I guess that's to be expected.

Works great!
For ~$1 each, I think these are pretty incredible. I've never had professionally made trays but from what I understand it is around a $150 service. I get 3 of these for ~$3 and ~10 minutes of work? Winner. I thought they were very easy to mold. I boiled some water on the stove and dipped them for about 5-10 seconds, put in mouth (be careful they may be really hot!), bite down softly, use tongue and fingers to shape to teeth and gums. Repeat this process until you're happy. When you're happy with them heat them up one more time, suck all of the air out and hold it in until it hardens, I did this to get the final perfect fit. I pretty much ruined the first one but the second one I made was perfect. Others talked about cutting them to get the perfect fit, but mine feel perfect without any cutting. I would suggest at least trying them before going to a dentist.

Ur definitely gonna mess up one of these
U gotta find that juuust right amount of time in the boiling water. A second to early and it doesnt mold (but you can try again) a second to late and it just shrinks and turns into a globby pos. For me personally 4 seconds in boiling water that is not on the stove worked. Got one thats loose and works great for gel bleach and one thats tight i use for strips or protect my teeth after brushing because i smoke cigarettes and need one before i actually go to bed. It works. Better options out there but for the money, it does its job and shipped on time.

Ehh….
When you boil them they get all deformed. They were not easy to use at all. I have used another brand previously and they were much easier to use.

Great, if you know how to mold them! Read for some tips
I’ve molded mouthguards to my teeth before, so I had no problem! Boil water, and use the handle to dip the the whole tray under until it starts to soften up. Once it starts to soften up (you’ll see it start to look jiggly), place it on your teeth, bite down (comfortably), close your lips, and suck out so if the air from your mouth. If they don’t mold to your teeth and they still look like a tray, you probably didn’t soften it enough and can try from the beginning again! Do the top and the bottom separately. I hope this helps!

Mediocre Product
I'm going to start by saying I wasn't expecting much from this product in the first place, but being so cheap, I figured it's worth my time and money. Well, it wasn't. I understand professional trays can cost around $200-$300 at dentist's office. So my rating specifically applies to the quality of the product itself. I followed the instructions with much anticipation, and my initial try was a disappointment. I did dip it in hot water and after a few seconds the tray started to shrink. I tried to mold it to my teeth, but it was useless. So I figured second try. This time I kept it in water until the tray started to sag, and I tried to mold it, but it would not form a good mold. And the third tray.... and so on. Well you get the idea. Maybe you need a few more trays and a few more tries in order to get the molds formed properly, but three of them were not enough and did not perform well at all. Even though it doesn't cost much, I still would not recommend wasting time or effort on these trays.
