Todd's DIRT has great customer service
Amazon improperly packed this bottle in a soft envelope and it arrived completely damaged with the lid snapped off and seasoning all out in the envelope. Amazon customer service is non-existent and the self-help only says "this item is ineligible for a refund." Todd's DIRT was very responsive, helpful, and quick to remedy the situation.

My favorite Cajun seasoning
I've tried a lot of Cajun seasonings over the years and I like pretty much all of them, but this one is my new favorite. Tried it for the first time earlier this year and liked it so much that I ordered the big container of it. I plan on using it when I smoke a turkey, I've used it on chicken, salmon, popcorn, veggies, and so far I've loved it on everything.

A Welcome Take On The Original
Todd's Dirt is a staple for me, so did its bayou rise to that status as well? Absolutely. This one's perfect for shrimp dusting, and it's certainly different enough from the original to warrant checking out. Since I'm so acclimated to heat, I'm not a good gauge for you as to whether it would be too spicy, but there's certainly a little kick to whatever I'm making. You can put this on nearly anything. Another winner from Todd!

the very best and only seasoning you need
I use this on every vegetable or meat. Even on frozen fries, brings them alive.

My favorite seasoning!
This is my favorite seasoning! So versatile and flavorful, and reminds me of our trip to New Orleans. Bayou dirt has been my go-to seasoning for about 2 years and the bottle lasts a while. I put it on everything from pork, to corn cobs, to eggs. It has a bit of a kick but I wouldn't say it's spicy (unless you put a LOT on). I highly recommend.

It's great to get dirty!
I love to cook and this stuff, as well as any of the Dirt brand goes well with virtually everything I want to cook with. Tonight I did chicken legs - 1/2 with original Dirt and the other with Bayou. Great on both and for an excellent price. 1.5 pounds will not last long in this home!

If you're not sure of a spice buy a small bottle first time then buy it in bulk
I love this seasoning and I tried a small bottle at first to see if I would like it and I love it I use it on everything it's that good
