This was my first UV umbrella purchase and I’m impressed! It certainly feels cooler while underneath and provides great sun coverage. The inside of the umbrella has a beautiful floral pattern. Easy to close/open. Comes with a protective cover. A little chemical smell to the plastic, but not terrible. It’s sturdy enough I can use it in the rain too. Overall happy with my purchase.

It really protects you from the sun and keeps you 10-15 degrees cooler. Light, easy to carry, and to fold away. Pretty. And also works under the rain 😉. Highly recommend it.

The umbrella had a fishy odor to it. I kept the umbrella in its opened position and aired it out several days--- the odor went away. The umbrella is slightly heavier than my regular collapsible one.This is a sun blocking umbrella---it kept me cool while walking under it. Aesthetically speaking, the umbrella is pleasing to look at with its dainty spring flowers. I also bought another umbrella for my daughter.

This sunbrella is totally adorable but my only complaint is that its tough to collapse it back down to close it. Aside from this it is durable and does a good job blocking sun. Nice color scheme. Would repurchase! Highly recommend.

Great personal size, easy open and shut (use button to close, it's how this kind works). I got light grey, nice! Sturdy as heck. Easy to take along. Really pleased with this!

I ordered several items from Amazon. When I opened a box, I found out that the umbrella was unpacked. I tried to open it, however the umbrella was broken. I requested exchange and got the new umbrella in one day. It is a good size and light weight with awesome print umbrella.

I used this once at a music festival where it was 100 degrees every day and there was very limited natural shade. It provided great shade, but it wouldn’t collapse. I had opened it for shade and collapsed it a couple of times, but the last time I opened it- it stopped closing. What a waste. I guess if you don’t mind leaving it open 100% of the time then that would be fine, but of course if you want it to work as normal parasol/umbrella- then it’s trash. I would have returned it, but since it was stuck open- I had to leave it in the trash can at the festival bc it was too large to travel with when it wouldn’t shut. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on this!

This umbrella is great, its small and lightweight when closed. Pops open and closed conveniently and blocks sunlight well and looks cute to boot!Unfortunately it showed up smelling like it was sitting with Samson's order of live shrimp. It wasn't a rotten smell, but it was horrible enough to warrant leaving outside and DRENCHING in fabreeze for a WEEK just to get the smell out. The cover is even more difficult bc of how small and closed up it is, but I finally got the smell out after a couple weeks of airing out outside. The problem is this thing is going to be over and around me so it shouldn't smell this horrible?? Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars :T

This umbrella is pretty when opened so ideal if you are looking for a pretty umbrella. It is fairly easy to open but a little difficult to push down and refold. In fact I can't seem to get it to refold to fit into the pouch it came in, but I won't use the pouch so I'm okay with this. It's also heavier than my other umbrella and I wouldn't recommend it on long hiking trips if you are planning on packing it into your backpack.

Nice and sturdy Umbrella. The same pattern as the images shown. One problem is that it’s a bit difficult to close the umbrella, you need to push quite hard to shut it. Has a button to open it automatically which is nice. It’s heavier than other umbrellas, which is nice as it holds a bit more when it’s windy, but obviously it does go a bit crazy in strong winds. Has a nice cover. I recommend it :)

I mostly needed an umbrella for the rain but I thought it a good idea to buy one which could be used as a parasol. I have just come back from a very hot holiday and this umbrella was my saviour. It really kept the UV rays off me and was my very own piece of shade everywhere I went. Haven’t used it in the rain yet but I have every faith in it.It’s a really nice quality, not particularly lightweight and you do need a bit of ‘force’ to collapse it back down but I think this all demonstrates its sturdiness. I’m sure if I can manage that as a weak seventy something then anyone can! It does have a curious fishy smell on arrival but that has faded now. You can buy umbrellas for a couple of quid but I’d recommend this one for a few quid more.

So far pleased with this product, it's sturdy, and works well, yes it is a bit tough to close backup again, but not enough to be an issue, have used several times and happy so far .
