The massaging ball things were too rough for me! No speed settings & too noisy!The heat felt kinda nice, though! :) Returned it.

Not that good; love the design (over the shoulder) but massage slows if you apply any force for deeper massage

This really feels good on my upper back when I'm all tensed up. You have to be careful though & follow the instructions. It felt so good I accidentally left it on too long the first time. Everything within moderation.

Product was useful until the power adapter stopped working and now the whole thing is a paperweight. I emailed about replacing the adapter and they said there are no options.

Got this for my GF for Christmas. She absolutely love it!

This is a very nice product. It has a heater and several different speeds. The only downside is it's a little bit rough.

So far, this is working out very well. I will test further the longer I have it. This unit is nice because you can control the intensity of the massage by how much pressure you apply with the handles/straps. I prefer deep tissue and so apply a lot of pressure. I like that you can go up and down your back with minimal arm movements. The Shiatsu rollers seem a little large at first (since I am used to an older Brookstone product), but I quickly adjusted and it works fine. Compared to my Brookstone, this motor seems less strong but is quite sufficient. The quality of the covering also seems very high. It is made of a very durable vinyl that appears to be well constructed and sewn. The description states it can be used as a foot massager too. But the first time I tried it, my foot would just roll right off every time. But with a little practice and adjustment, I was able to get a great foot massage better than the dedicated foot massager.
