I'll stick to it
I was having a hard time with my breathing lately and I went to my doctor and he told me to lose weight. He recommended this product to me and I was so happy that it did worked great on me. I was able to lose so much weight ever since I used this thing. It gave me so much energy as well that I got to workout for hours without easily getting tired. I will surely keep on taking this supplement. The best that I've used and I'l stick to this thing.

I didn't know when I ordered this that you are not supposed to take it if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular condition, heart disease, hyperthroidism, and are taking antidepressants or any other kind of prescriptions. That would account for more than half the people in this country or maybe more. So this doesn't leave many people who should take this........? I wish the description had emphasized this more.

No energy for me
Just got this yesterday and took one capsule immediately. Did not feel any energy from it so I decided I would double the following day. I took two capsules first thing this morning, and nada, zilch, zip energy. I had to get my coffee after all which I am trying to stay away from.

I really felt a good energy jolt the first couple times I took this. After that I didn’t really feel a jolt but a light energy buzz. There’s no crash which is good. I have yet to try taking two. Maybe I will do that soon to see if a big jolt comes back.

So I bought some other energy pills that worked great but are less natural and very expensive
I have been using this supplement as pre-workout energy. I'm usually lacking motivation and energy around the only time I have to work out after work and after a long hr in traffic.
