Best BBQ Sauce for Pulled Pork
Best pulled pork ever: Separate a 6-8 lb Boston butt (either bone-in or not) into two pieces, cover with an applewood dry rub on all sides, and put in a roasting pan. Pour half a bottle of Carolina Brewery Carolina-Style BBQ Sauce in pan. Do not cover. Put pan on baking sheet in unpreheated oven. Turn oven to 250 and slow roast until internal temperature reaches 200 degrees, about eight hours. We usually do ours overnight. Wrap each half in foil and a towel and let rest for a hour. Shred with fork or pull apart with gloved hands, removing any visible fat. Mix in remaining half bottle of Carolina Brewery Carolina-Style BBQ Sauce and serve on buns. Leftovers freeze well.Carolina Brewery Carolina-Style BBQ Sauce is frequently out of stock on Amazon and I can't find it in Wisconsin, but definitely Carolina-Style BBQ at its best.

Vinegar, vinegar, vinegar. Number one ingredient. Very watery texture. Did a 1 hour bribe with some chicken and all I could taste was vinegar. No thanks.
