Fitted is a tight contour to your body. The Under Armour shirts come in three fittings. Compression which is VERY tight, fitted is somewhat tight and loose is not tight at all. I like my shirts loose. It is a matter of preference

It’s better suited for cold weather. You could wear it under a polo. I would only recommend it if you’re golfing in cold weather

No it doesn’t but this shirt if bought a size larger it is long enough that it doesn’t creep up on me.
