I've had one brand or another of battery cases for my iPhones in the last few years. This one is the best one by far. It has a nice rubbery feel so it doesn't feel slippery. It's thin so it doesn't add too much bulk to my iPhone 7 and it's lightweight, at least for a battery pack. It has a raised front so if I drop the phone with the case installed, the face is protected. I have a glass screen protecter that goes to the very edge of the phone and this case clears that perfectly. Just note, you charge the case with a micro USB cable and not a lightning cable. It's definitely a winner and a bargain for $20!

I was a little suspect of this, especially at the price. I have been through about 4 or 5 battery cases in the past year or two. This is the cheapest one I have bought and so far after 3 days of use, it is the best. It might not last any longer than the others, but so far it seems solid, well designed, and does what it is supposed to do. I might like it better if it had lightening connector, but its micro usb, which is ok but are we not all tired of carrying 3 or 4 different cables in our briefcase?

This is a pretty durable case, as I've dropped my phone more often than I'd like to admit and it has saved it each time. The phone is easy to slip in and out of the case, and the case provides plenty of backup power to the phone when the phone dies. I can get more than an entire iPhone charge out of it. One of the best things about the case is the 2-year guarantee that PowerBear provides. I bought my battery case over a year ago and the sides of the case started to warp a bit so that it no longer provided a snug fit for the phone. A quick email to the company with the amazon order number and I was promptly shipped another case free of charge. EXCELLENT customer service! The only reason that I give it a 4-star and not 5-star is because people tell me that they have problems hearing me when I use the speaker phone. I can hear them perfectly fine, but I've been asked numerous times to turn off the speaker phone so they can hear me better. All in all, the case protects my phone well and provides the extra juice that I need almost daily from it.

This is an update from my purchase less than a year ago. I recently emailed (12-29-17) PowerBear regarding a problem with the case deforming as seen by the attached photo. There response was "send me your invoice". Twice I sent them the Amazon invoice and still there is no resolution. Beware of the two year warranty!

Great item.....for the few weeks it works. Ive had to order two of these within months, as they stop working after only a few weeks. Either the battery case doesn’t charge, or, the phone within the case doesn’t connect with the pin, so the phone doesn’t get charged at the same time as the charging case. This also means that when you press the ‘recharge’ button on the back, your phone doesn’t charge, because the connection pin is broken. I love this case, but after two of them with just a few months, I’m giving up and trying something else....

I’m a fan. My phone was dying faster than usual after updating my iOS. This was a good alternative to a new phone. Works as expected but my only issue is sometimes it doesn’t charge both the case and the phone at the same time. Other than that, it’s great. Haven’t had an issue with my phone dying since I bought this.

It has nice packaging, inside is the case and a screen protector. Easy to get on and off the phone and it works well. Great product and a great price!

Only had the PowerBear force for a few days but it seems to do all that was promised.

I never write reviews but for this product I had to!The case is amazing, I had my doubts but this case feels amazing in the hand, it protects the phone and it's just like the pictures. Unlike other battery cases, this has a rubberized texture which feels great! Overall great case!

I had always wanted a IPhone case charger. After buying this one it feels like I have been badly miss led. The case has a universal charging cord on the case . So when you are charging it you have too take your phone out everytime and charge it separately. It's just not right . It deos not say on the add or I would have never purchased this product. Never the less very disappointed with this it collects dest on my dresser . Whoever is looking at this product please look more closely then I did before pursuing too buy it thanks .

Powerbear works good. A definite gadget to have if out doors for long period as it gives multiple charges.I'll give 5 stars for the product as it does a great job as intended to.My only problem is that it was extremely difficult to get in touch with someone from Powerbear to assist outside of Amazon to obtain information on a replacement part as well as purchasing a new charger as the top had broken and it needed to be replaced. This broken part did not in anyway affect the charge just that the top portion of the phone was unprotected.Amazon had ended up refunding me The purchase cost but I'd really like to purchase another one as it's. Good to have if you're out doors for long periods.Thks

The fit is nice and tight. This is a great alternative to the official iPhone one. I’ve taken this on many trips and has held up very well. It’s also very thin and has a small profile. My only “issue” is that you have to bend the bottom of the case to put your phone in and out. I feel like overtime this will get lose or the right bet will bend. However, 5 for now as this is an assumption! The warranty is also great!

The case stopped charging in about 10 months. The seller told me he would refund the money, however, refund never came through. Essentially that 24 months warranty is i guess non-existence. Worth mentioning that I also purchased a new version of power bear and that one out of the box has issues such as not being compatible with iPhone charger cable and keep getting disconnected. I tried 4 different cables and it had the issue with all of them.Will never buy a powerbear again.

You need to bend the top of the case to get your phone out. After repeated bending of 6-8 months, the plastic that holds the structure of the case fell out, now it's just the case shell, still holds the phone, but not too durable with the design.

Case was great at first. Then I started having problems plugging my power chord in. Would not charge. Does work well at protecting phone. But this product does not stand the test of time
