Ineffective at best
Purchased directly through their website, picture provided as proof of purchase and installation. Leaving this review here to hopefully prevent anyone else making the same mistake I did.It doesn't stop sound at all.Installed according to their instructions and no effect on outside noise.Took it down and laid if over my cellphone playing music, no effect whatsoever, may as well have been paper.I had emailed them prior to purchase and was told their curtains are STC rated 26-29, I received a product made of 0.5 lb MLV with an STC rating of 20. I emailed their support about this and was told that they had other happy customers and saw no issue with me being sent a product made of inferior material that doesn't work.I'm leaving it up because the hooks are nailed into the wall and fixing that is more effort than it's worth.Don't deal with this company, they're an expensive mistake.

Does not meet expectations or sellers claims
These are not worth the cost. I've noticed little if any reduction is noise. Certainly not the levels of noise reduction their website claims. Also beware there are no returns on custom size orders. Very disappointed considering the cost of these curtains. They do however make very good but expensive blackout curtains. Just don't buy these for noise. Save your money and buy acoustic windows or solid core doors that are for sure going to reduce noise.

This item can greatly reduce the noise from the road.I suggest the company use an iron stick on the bottom part so that the rolling up process is much easier. As you need to patient while rolling up.
