I frequently get sick calves that have to be tube fed and let me tell you that this tuber is WORTH the money. It makes tubing calves SO much easier on myself and the calves.

I've owned every bottle and tuber there is over the years and they all work, but not like this one. Having the mouthpiece/guide for tubing and the adjustable depth stop is really a game changer, it makes an un-enjoyable job much less stressful on both the calf and yourself. The nipple is a peach teat and works well but the vent on the side of this bottle works considerably better than peach teats own bottle, I don't know how long it will last but it does vent very very nicely. It's also great having the extra bottle capacity as your bum calf grows. Only thing that will bug you is that it leaves a little bit of milk in the bottle but its acceptable considering the rest of the design.

This is a fantastic design especially for people who haven't had much practice tubing calves. Everything about it is perfect. The other cheap brands out there are inflexible and have plastic seams on the tip that can cause injury especially if too much force is used. This one is flexible, very smooth, and works beautifully with little stress on the calf. Also, this is a 1 gallon container which makes it easier to get the proper amount of colostrum into larger calves without having to reload and retube a second time (most are 2 quart bottles). I used this on our 100 pound boy and he did great! I'm a vet and pleased that this tube feeder was designed by a vet. Go to their website to watch the videos on how to use it. Excellent design!

These are actually very functional, great design.After years of feeding calves and never being satisfied with the old style probes this is a welcome relief. It makes an unpleasant job almost enjoyable, the calves are much happier about the procedure and they are willing to suckle much sooner after drenching. The bottle is also very nice to use - thank you!
