Defect parts and cant return !!!
I go this product and than I had to wait for power adopter as it comes without the power adoptor and now when I switch on it does not work!! return window closed so even I cant use it and even I cant return it!!!I cant believe to receive such situation from polycom product and spent big money but sitting with a defective product

Good sound quality but cable management needs more thought
While the sound quality is good, I would have liked more effort to have been put into the cable management situation.The micro-b usb port should have been on the underside of the unit to encourage neat routing. I'd get rid of the lan-out and put a traditional-size USB-B there.There should be a hook or loop where the three legs join to keep cables together and neatThe spiral wrap included is so short it doesn't even make sense. We should have about 3m of spiral wrap, instead of 10 cm.

1000 piece of crap.
Completely died after 11 months of usage. 2 months afterthe manufacturer's warranty. Had less than one year and seller would not replace. I now have a 1000 dollar paperweight because the seller refuses to replace an item I had for less than a year.
