Valuable and affordable part of my pain relief kit!! ❤️
Well, I’ve have this for almost a month, and I’ve been using it kind of regularly, so now I want to give you mi opinion about this torture/ pleasure device 😁First, I’ve been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, something I’ve had for I think a good 20 years or so, so I’ve been looking for all the doctors and remedies you can imagine, but until now I have a name. That being said, I’ve been constantly begging for massage my entire life, but very few have been willing to jump in the task ‘cause I need them to get the deep tissue, and that require very strong hands. I also have been had tension headaches kind of like every single day since then 😐I also tried lots of devices and things to help me, and have some of them, and this is the last in my kit. Now, for this product, I love that tackles several of the points I struggle the most, it’s almost exact, but if you wiggle your head and neck, and adjust your body here and there, it’s like a real massage, not the best one, but helps a lot.Even tho the plastic feels a little cheap (keep in mind it costs just $14), the base is sturdy enough to help me not only hold the weight of my head but also wiggle without problems, and the “balls” are firm, but soft at the same time (if that makes sense 😁). It has this little like gums or something to stop it from move in the floor (although I use it on carpet) abt two of them tend to fall, but with a little of loctite or some glue, problem solved. When I’m super sored, I need to start slow, since the pain is ginormous but, but slowly the pain starts to subside, and I keep relaxing even more, until the pain is gone and I can lay down there and enjoy how the pain goes away.Just remember, this is not magic, be conscious about it, and also, at least for me is a part of several things that I need to do to feel better, but my condition is kind of severe right now, so I don’t expect to cure all my ailments, but it definitely helps a lot and I’m really happy I bought it. I hope it lasts years and years 🙃And I hope you read all this and found it helpful, ‘cause now I rely entirely of reviews, so I hope mine helps you decide, enjoy your day!!! 🤗

Glad i purchased
Only had once and oh my goodness! So much better than expected!!!!!! Recommend if you have neck pain. It did hurt for a few minutes. But so worth it. Seems kinda cheaply made, counting the disks to prevent sliding fall out. But does not effect the products quality.

Decent.
It's not very comfortable, but has decreased my tension headache some. Could definitely be a little more comfortable.

Hurts so good!
This is really nifty for digging into knots and trigger points at the base of the scull, neck, and traps/shoulders. I put al my tension there. My shoulders are practically pulled up to my ears! Yet, after I use this, I am more naturally able to relax my shoulders a bit. Some may say it is uncomfortable, but for someone with neck and shoulder issues like me, I know that it is going to hurt a bit to dig into those spots to losses the knot before the relief comes. I’ve used this 3 days now and have lessened my general headache and have more movement in my neck. A few tips: rolling your head to the side can help dig into the knots/trigger points; bending or straightening legs will get different points and increase the stretch; raise yours arms straight up will provide more pressure into the nodules; situate the devise on your neck/shoulders while sitting up then slowly lower yourself down (but don’t pinch fingers). This also aids with the stretch. When I hit a point where I feel a bit of discomfort radiating from the spot, I hold my position and relax, because I know it is doing what it is supposed to. Today I closed my eyes and really relaxed on the device. Yes!!!

Put me in a severe flare!
So I’ve been dealing with neck pain that I’m told is a muscular issue (myofascial pain). This leads to migraines, jaw pain, back pain, blurry vision, vertigo etc. Used for less than 3 Minutes while I was actually feeling decent. I figured I’d stretch my neck while feeling good. Huge mistake. I got almost an instant migraine. Blurry vision, pain up the back of my skull, nausea and spinning. Severe migraine symptoms within minutes and nerve pains shooting up the back of my skull and down my arms . I returned it. Based on what your neck issue is from and what symptoms your neck issue is causing, use with caution please. Luckily the return was easy which I appreciate.
