This case worked quite well for a few months then it started intermittently failing to charge the phone even though the case appeared to be charging properly. Now the only way it will charge the phone or allow a charge to pass through from a charging cord to the phone is if the top part of the case is bent back and the phone is held in exactly the right position. I'd like to return it as defective if only I could figure out how to do that in the Amazon system.Finally got the contact information for this vendor. Under the two-year warranty, they're sending me a replacement. Let's see how it holds up.Update: Received my replacement promptly and it seems to be working fine.

Very happy with this case. I take it wherever I go and my phone last the hall day, it's just like carrying extra battery with me. This case also protects your phone just in case you drop your phone. I have no issue with this case at all. It works as good as the ones that goes for $80. and I'm not kidding either. I recommend this to people that don't want to spend $80. or more. This is an update 6/26/17. Hint; when charging I'll recomand charging them separately instead of charging the phone inside the case during charging because the case will charge faster that way. This is an update: I’m no longer using this on my Iphone7 instead I’m using on my iPhone 8. Yes it fits on the IPhone 8 not on the IPhone 8plus. This case had gotten wet and still works great. I recently ordered a second one that tells you how well I like it.

Extra battery in a well molded plastic case that provides power when you need it - great. Unfortunately the tooling on the mini-usb connector is poor and no mini-USB cable will stay connected unless you leave it still on a surface. There is no way to use the phone in the case w/a cable connected as the cable just falls out. I have tried multiple cables so I know it's not the cable. Still, a good deal for the money, just wish this extra detail was addressed.

Amazing Product. What's best about this one is that it's just a single piece the whole battery. Not like others that you have to remove top, or the front bezel... and the rubbery feel is amazing.Will try to buy the red one as well.Thank you.

yes works great and as advertised

This case is amazing! Has higher capacity than the Apple Charging Case! Matte feel so then it won't slip out of your hands quickly, and is very very nice! But also, I have tried to use it a couple times and it doesn't work. The case says it's fully charged, but doesn't work at all! I like the case but kinda regretting my purchase....

Battery pack last all day with no problems sometimes when you plug into the power cable it will not connect but otherwise it's awesome .

Got this case after purchasing a new Iphone 7. Before having this battery case, my iphone battery lasted approximately 1 or 2 days between charges. With the case, I have noticed that my battery indicator on the Iphone seems to be sucking power more than it did. Battery case obviously provides juice to get the same sort of charge as my phone used to (1 to 2 days) but not really anything incrementally better. So, not sure if the case has done anything really, other than added weight to the phone and provided it some protection.

Came on time, not what I wanted being a regular iPhone 7 case and I required a 7 plus. Guess I need to check the description better but my wife was happy inhereting it.

I bought it in September . In November it blows during a airplane flight ....now it s dead . Don t buy this !!!
