I have nothing but great things to say about this seller. Based on the measurements, I originally got the XL but for some reason it was too tight. Usually I buy hats from Amazon and they fit ok. Maybe it was my big head LOL. But I loved the look of it and got comments on it. I contacted the seller and they worked with me and I swapped it for the 2x. At first I felt the XL would stretch and the seller said the same but it squeezed my head too tight. I had to re-order the 2x and they assured me a refund for the 1st one. They sent me the 2x and I sent the XL back. The hat also comes with a sizer in case it’s too big. But the 2x feels perfect so far. The seller is so easy to work with and the hat looks great. Well made and worth it. I was looking for one like this for some time. Buy today!
