Great shoe for 3 years now
I originally bought this shoe for lifting, as it is zero-drop, which mimics lifting barefoot and not adding any angles. Super lightweight and flat, but more support and grip than converse. This eventually became my work shoe as well. I work in vetmed and am constantly standing, kneeling, squatting, awkward restraint poses, being dragged by animals. These have good grip, and are thin enough to let my feet bend the way they need to. Wearing them everyday for more than 16 hr each day, they are just now starting to show signs of wear.

Fantastic shoe, but.......
First of all, this is a GREAT shoe! For anyone doing CrossFit or HIIT workouts, these shoes are great. Lifting is also amazing in these. The grip on the outside sole is great as well. However, with good comes bad.....for some people. If you have very wide feet or just like more room in the toe box area, these are fantastic. I have narrow feet, and flatter arches. For me, these did not work.In regards to sizing, size down 1/2. I usually wear a 8.5 in Nike's but I got a 8 in the Nano 9's. With that being said, you may also add an insert. I did this and the shoes worked great, but it made the shoe almost too small. I like a good 1/2" between my big toe and the end of the shoe. If I had gone to a 8.5, it would have been too big. Check out the sizing chart carefully before purchasing.Unfortunately the toe box was still too wide. I also have tibial shin splints and plantar fasciitis. I was really hoping that these would work, but they did not. I loved everything about them. The color, the fabric on the outsole of the shoes, but that darn toe box just wouldn't work for me. Also, I noticed how much room at the top of my foot there was. WAY too much room there, which is why I used an insert. It did help, but unfortunately made the shoe a lot heavier. I would recommend these any day over Nike Metcons. Nike Metcons are great for straight up lifting because the heel is so hard it digs into the floor well. The stability of the Metcons are great for that. But the Metcons have a tendency to cause shin splints and plantar fasciitis. So keep that in mind. I found that out the hard way.Rumors I have heard are that the Nano 8's work a little better for narrower feet.So in conclusion, if you are doing straight lifting but have narrower feet, I'd get the Metcons (just be sure to get an insert for those HIIT days). If you're combining a lot of interval training and weights, Nano's are your best bet (just be sure to get an insert if you have more narrow feet). Or if you're like me and need a good shoe for lifting, HIIT, cardio, and something to help with shin splints and plantar fasciitis problems, get the Inov8 F-Lite 235 V3. Just know that if you do get the Inov8, don't plan to lift anything heavier than 500lbs. If you're going to lift that much, invest in a pair of power lifting shoes. I got my Reebok Power Lifters for $50 here on Amazon.

So good for HIGH Fitness!
I do something called High Fitness, which is a cardio and body weight workout with lots of squats, lunges, burpees, lateral movements, and some dancey moves thrown in the mix. Anyway, I also have very pronated feet, so I needed something that would provide stability for the types of movements I do in my workouts, but also be a good pair with my orthotics to support my pronated feet (make sure to remove the original inserts to make room for orthotics if you use them). And these fit the bill very well! I feel much more stable and supported in the movements I do.I showed these shoes to my podiatrist who, after a thorough inspection, was very impressed! He said Reebok is not normally a great shoe brand, but these CrossFit ones he really liked. These shoes felt a little clunky at first because of the features that make them stable, but it didn’t take long for me to get used to it. Definitely worth the trade off. Also, if you need an orthotics recommendation that will go well with this shoe and can be purchased here on Amazon, I use power step pro protech control with the “heel cup with 2 degree medial heel post”. The heel post makes a big difference for pronation. These were recommended by my podiatrist.

Buy them! They’re amazing
I must have ordered 5 pairs of shoes previously through Amazon, before finding these ones. I really like everything about these shoes. They look great, are a nice quality made shoe, the bend enough with your foot when you are in plank or push up position. I was having an issue with quite a few of the previous shows feeling too stiff and it almost felt like I wasn’t able to feel my feet in the shoe. I also have bunions (such a sexy thing to say) so my feet tend to ache and get in pain if I wear any shoe that’s too flat or pushes against those parts of my feet too strongly. These shoes are wide enough to relieve any tension, but hug the foot nice enough to feel like your foot is not moving in your shoe too much during the work out. I am genuinely happy with this purchase and would recommend you try them. I only work out in my home and don’t like to wear shoes that have been outside so these are strictly “on my carpet, sterile workout shoes” if you’re wondering why the bottoms are still like new haha. I promise I have worn them several times.

Runs wide
These are nice looking shoes and I thought after reading the reviews that they would fit my narrow feet. They ran really wide and I had to return them.
