Best Lightweight "Everything" Pack
This is the perfect pack for both regular training runs and blasting through ultras. I got this a few days before a 50-mile race (but I've used other OM products before, and am familiar with fit/feel), did one practice run and was golden. For best comfort (I'm fairly petite), I use a shorter, 21oz bottle that doesn't hit the back of my head like the taller ones do. I put a collapsible 15oz flask in each chest pocket, which I carried empty till later in the race when it got hot. The pack felt great, even when carrying a full load of fluid, 50oz. The shoulder pockets carried my phone and fuel refills; the small pockets in the back carried more fuel refills and a first-aid kit, reachable without removing the pack.If you like having everything you need in one small, lightweight pack with very even weight distribution, this is the pack for you. And because I've used and abused other versions of OM packs over the years, I can tell you they wash well and are indestructible.

Great alternative to a fuel belt
This is a great product. I use this for trail runs as an alternative to a hydration belt (I hate the belts). The design is well thought out, with pockets and pouches capable of holding everything I need (iPhone 6, keys, gels, wipes, etc.). The thing is super adjustable and doesn't jostle around when I run. For longer runs, I have recently been using their new hydration pack--an exceptional product as well.

Best hydration pack I ever tried!!
LOVE this pack!! I can't say enough good things about it. So comfortable to wear on long distance runs. The pockets fit everything you need to carry, the pack doesn't shift around at all. Perfect alternative for those of us that don't like drinking out of camelbaks. I would recommend this (and already have) to anyone!! Made in USA

great replacement for the water belt
Loving this -- replacing my water belt. I bought it for long runs, but find myself using it on every run this summer. Only complaint is the straps are big -- called Orange Mud and the walked me through cutting them and burning the edges.

Rides High
Had to have one. Took about a mile to get it situated so it felt comfortable. It doesn't fit like any other hydration pack. Rides high. Has a lot of storage for how small it is.

Pleasantly surprised.
So.. I had my first run with this this morning and I have to say I was surprised. Took me a few minutes to adjust it properly (you want the straps around your lats to be snug but not binding and the chest strap needs to hang loose almost) After a mile i sort of forgot it was there, which is surprising because I was sure the sound of sloshing water would drive me nuts. The pockets are great and will fit most if not all cellphones with room to spare. I carried a few gels, cell, wallet, no problem. The bottle does not leak and is super easy to clean, which is a bonus. Now, if your the type that has to take a drink every few minutes i don't recommend it, reaching behind your head like that is not something you want to do a lot while your trying to keep pace. The motion to get the bottle out and put it back takes practice to do it smoothly .Would I take this over a bladder? If I had a water handy en route, probably. It was great not having the hose bouncing around on my chest for a change, and the nathan vest i use makes my shoulders ache occasionally. It's a little pricey compared to a bladder running vest so I'm still on the fence about it.I took off one star for the high price and lack of reflective material. Overall I am pleased.
