I was hesitant since other reviews said items were missing, but every single item was received in our package. The silverware was kind of small, and obviously cheap quality, but everything else was very nice. The balloons were big, and the character printing on them was well done. The photo backdrop was smaller than I was expecting, so we used it as a wall decoration. If used for photos, the edges would easily be seen, and the kids would block the characters anyway. But it was printed on nice fabric, so it can definitely be reused for future parties, or hung in a bedroom for decoration. My only advice is to hang the HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner against a wall. We hung it in a doorway and within an hour the cardboard pieces were curled so it could hardly be read. It would have been adorable, and fine, if hung on a wall instead of in mid-air. Overall, I'd buy it again for the price.

I would not recommend this. We received it and half of the items are missing. We did not get the banner, balloons, cake topper, cup cake toppers, stickers, or the gift bags. Very disappointing for 30 dollars. Sucks for us because my son's birthday is too close to order anything else and our money is tight as it is. The half we did recieve looks great though just wish all of it had been there.

The balloons in this set have a distrusting chemical smell, almost similar to gasoline. And some of the balloons were not Pokémon; I’m not sure what they were… maybe fast and the furious. Rest of the set was okay but not great.
